We have really enjoyed our chats during the last few months as we did business with you. What a pleasant experience it has been! We seem to "connect" with entrepreneurs like yourself as you remind us both of our young days in business. We have made many friends through the years as we did business together, many of whom became lifelong friends.

Your style of retailing is as priceless as your merchandise at North Georgia Diamond. You have established a beautiful little 'gem' in this smart little town of Ellijay and we believe you are one of the many merchants who keep our town 'lookin' chic.

Your talent for doing business and knowing the business is only a part of your success. This means nothing without the one ingredient that creates a good retail shop, and that is customer relations. Without it there is no unique.

From the time we walked into your shop for a battery replacement until a more sophisticated project, (a major project for retirees, but most likely minor assignments for you both), you both have always made us feel like your very best customer.
